Dr. Sobechukwu Onwuzu is a seasoned radiographer and university lecturer with over 20 years of experience in medical imaging and healthcare education. He teaches at the University of Nigeria and leads Med-I Symulations Ltd, an education oriented company focused on using virtual simulation to improve how radiography and medical education is taught. He holds a Ph.D. in Medical Imaging and has earned several certifications in ultrasound, CT scanning, and digital education, showing his strong commitment to blending technology with teaching.

Outside the classroom, Dr. Onwuzu plays an active role in advancing radiography in Nigeria. He has led major projects to introduce virtual simulation into medical training and helped develop software tailored to local needs. He serves as Chairman of the Journal Committee for the Association of Radiographers of Nigeria and is currently the Managing Editor of the Journal of Radiography and Radiation Sciences. With over thirty key papers published in peer-reviewed journals, his research continues to shape how radiography is practiced and taught across the country.
