Mr. Aningu A. Wakhule is a Principal Medical Physicist at Kenyatta National Hospital, Kenya. He is the founding and current Chair of the Association of Medical Physicists of Kenya (AMPKen).

Mr. Aningu, holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Physics major) from the University of Nairobi, Kenya and Masters in Medical Physics from the University of Surrey, UK. He is also a Fellow of the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He has attended several short term courses around the world.

Mr. Aningu previously worked as a Radiation Protection Officer with the Radiation Protection Board of Kenya (RPB-K) currently the Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority (KNRA). He has also worked as a part-time lecturer at the Technical University of Kenya (TUK)
