Dr. Kevin Onyinkwa Ombati is the chair of the scientific committee of the PACORI 2025 congress and current President of the Kenya Association of Radiologists (KAR).
Dr. Ombati is a consultant cardiothoracic radiologist at the Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi and director of the radiology residency training program. He is a graduate of the University of Nairobi (MBChB), Aga Khan University (Mmed
Radiology) and University of Alberta (Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Radiology). He is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). He has been instrumental in pioneering advanced cardiothoracic imaging in the region. His key interests are in multimodality imaging, shortened image acquisition and development of new cardiac
imaging biomarkers.
